Noodle Journey is an episodic YouTube channel dedicated to detailed and informative reviews of the instant noodle universe. This website provides a fully searchable index of every video, plus site-exclusive reviews, blog posts, and more, allowing you to find your next favorite instant noodle product. Some reviews have additional thoughts that I have added since the video was published.
Buldak is such a popular brand that its fans try to seek out every single flavor that has ever existed to make sure they can try them all. On Reddit, I’ve been maintaining an active list of all known flavors and their status. You can find that list below, along with links to my reviews of each one I’ve tried. This list does not include offshoot products like tteokbokki, dumplings, or hot sauce, but rather only focuses on noodle products.

Notes since filming:
I never deal in absolutes, which is why I won’t commit to saying any one noodle product is my number one of all time. I enjoy all of these for different reasons, and what awesome product I crave one day may not be what awesome product I crave another day. That’s why I filmed this list this way, and I will continue to do so with any future top lists.
